J&K lieutenant governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday announced 10% reservation for children of martyred armed forces personnel and those from poor families under ‘PARVAAZ’ scheme, which aims to fully assist students to get free coaching for UPSC civil services exams, J&K administrative service exams, NEET and JEE.
